My new 24" Viewsonic VG2439M LED monitor arrived in good condition and was easy to install and set up. I've had two chances to contact Viewsonic Technical Support to resolve a small blurry text issue when connected via a DVI cable. Text was crisp and clear when connected via a VGA cable. The first tech support person seemed too rude to me at the border or almost short I would say. The second was a young woman who seemed more interested in fixing the blurry text problem but only gave me suggestions like trying to connect another computer etc. The problem turned out to be a corrupt device driver related to my computer graphics card (nVidia 7600GT) which I have identified myself. Neither of these two Viewsonic tech support people have mentioned or even considered my graphics card driver as a possible suspect, what strikes me as odd now in hindsight is that the monitor itself is Class 1, well made, well designed and a delivers amazing image quality, coupled with an easy-to-use on-screen menu that's kid-friendly and easy to understand. Coming from the computer industry myself though, I think I've only had two shows with Viewsonic Technical Support. that I'm not that impressed. Maybe the first techie just had a bad hair day?
