Update 10 June 2020 The LED is dead. Now they just emit a faint glow. The lamp has worked about 3650 hours, which is much less than the 50,000 hours stated by the manufacturer. Old review: Interesting, well made [ceramic?] lamp. Some installation issues. Extra hands required - difficult to install without help to hold the light in place while wiring. Very good light output. One quirk: The instructions do not state which wire of the device is "live". Using a magnifying glass, I found that the light's blue wire was "live", which I then connected to my black "live" wall wire. It works.
