Best DVR and Customer Service!
I have to admit that I was afraid to buy a DVR because it is a "famous brand”, but I took a chance and I'm glad I did. The DVR is easy to set up and everything is set up in minutes. I was having some trouble getting the network set up properly so I could surf the web on my phone so I emailed customer service. WOW, they were quick to respond and everything was up and running in no time. They even emailed me to make sure I was happy! Well, where does it ever go. I highly recommend the DVR for the quality and customer service that blew it out of the park! Thanks very much!
