Review on ClockShark by Christopher Landeros

This program was easy enough so I could train my employees how to use it without needing too much assistance from me or them later in case they needed help using this system. The only thing about the product itself which we didn't like at all (that isn't mentioned anywhere)is when you enter your clock-in/clock out data into the database it doesn't allow you to delete specific days if you need to change things around after hours. If there were an option where users couldn't edit any previous entries other than what's already entered then maybe someone would be more likely to keep using this instead of just deleting everything everytime something needs changed. We are solving problems by having better management over personnel issues such as overtime pay, etc., plus being able to easily see who has worked each day versus not working certain dates since it shows up as "Not Worked" next to those items now. It also helps us manage projects very well because we can go back through the weeks and months past now and get detailed information regarding project completion date vs actual completion date. I love how easy clock shark made my life when managing employees who worked out side jobs in different locations across Canada (2 offices). The reporting options are also very good as we could see where did they work during which day/time etc.. And best part was no more messy print outs or writing down hours manually every month since everything came automatedly through CLOCK SHARK!! As long there were some issues but nothing major so far i am satisfied by its performance till now.
