I actually bought 2 of these, one 2 or 3 years at a time. The first stove worked perfectly and almost certainly produced excellent food. I accidentally broke this unit and wanted to order another one to replace it. The second stove worked quite well for a few months. The stove then randomly stops in the middle of a cooking cycle. Some days it would be great and we could cook (little or a lot) for about 8 hours. Other days the cooker stopped somewhere within the deadline and didn't inform us about it. It didn't make the "Done" sound that is normally made when the timer stops running and goes into "Warm" mode. It just stops completely. I was going to order another to replace this one but my experience so far is 50% pass 50% not working so I will not replace this unit with the same model and will find another model instead. It was good while it lasted.
