Instead of using this pillow as a "massage" pillow, I found it worked MUCH better as a neck support (neck alignment) pillow. If you have neck pain, search Google for a neck brace. Learn how to properly align your spine and use the same concept with this pillow. Inflate this pillow to the maximum or as much as you are comfortable. Put it on and lie on a flat surface (not a bed! Find a flat, hard surface like the floor) facing the ceiling and turn on the massage function. Do this for 10 minutes a day to fix "text neck" (the neck pain you get from constantly looking at your phone).
