Heavy, easy and efficient.

Just to note that the wall anchors supplied are terrible. Be prepared to drop your own anchors; especially if you have drywall. However, they really aren't made for drywall, but guess what? mine is holding up well. I have a couple of fairly heavy pots that I hang from this thing and although it's so short it does the job well. There's no sign of it loosening, despite being a hefty piece of iron on a fairly thin wall. That probably says more about the anchors I use than the bar itself. However, the barbell is heavy enough that you could beat someone to death with it. I don't foresee it deforming even with significant weight.
