The ease of use, customer service that is always friendly and accommodating! I wish there were more features to help with organizing ministry events like weddings etc. We are able to have an online prayer room where people can go during our services if they need it as well as be available via phone in case someone needs prayers right when we begin each week. Also allows us to post announcements which brings much needed traffic into church at certain times throughout the day. I like that it is easy to use and has options for different types of messages. It also allows you to add your own text and share it with others through social media. The only thing I can think of that would be nice is if there were more content available in the library, but I am sure this will come as updates are made. We have been able to easily reach out to our church family with text, email, and social media posts.
