Disappointed with the alarm and anti-theft device

I bought 2 of these and was so excited because they have an alarm. Did they both work for the first few weeks and then just stop working? First, the key doesn't close, it keeps opening, and second, the key gets stuck and is very difficult to get out. I can't believe I have lemons. If I can't block it, it's useless😔
