I love that it has an online payment option as well as paper check processing. The interface could use some work. You have to download all your account statements for each month into one document. It took me three months to move everything from my old payroll client back over. It's a great product with lots of features but be prepared to spend time learning how to navigate through every inch of this program! We did not go live until after our last year's tax filing deadline so we had quite a bit of catching up to do once launch day came around. Monkbill was able to handle most of that by helping us upload years' worth of data at once.
