My grandmother taught me to 'buy from the seller'. In this case I only have compliments. I bought a BX-300 LED bike light kit in January 2020. It was very easy to set up and install, and the front and rear lights did a great job of getting everyone around me to take notice. that I was there All in all, a great bike light with an excellent price-performance ratio. Unfortunately, about three months after I first installed it, the S-shaped plastic taillight clip (which was used to attach the rubber mounting strap after it was wrapped around the seatpost) broke. This prevented me from mounting the taillight on the seatpost, essentially rendering the taillight useless. I sent an email to the manufacturer, Night Provision Support, describing my problem. They responded immediately, apologizing for the accident and, without asking me anything, quickly sent me a replacement taillight (although all I really expected was a new S-Clip). They sent replacements free of charge even though I live on a different continent (Tel Aviv, Israel). Bottom Line: Great product, very reasonable price and great customer service that goes above and beyond the call of duty. What more could you want from a product? Five stars plus two rave reviews.
