I love this juicer. I get more juice from fruit and veg I spend on this juicer more often than other juicers so I save a lot of money on groceries, the process is fast and efficient but a bit noisy at times depending on the fruit. It's a breeze to set up and the safety feature on the rod is great too. The only problem here is that sometimes the top case that can sift the pulp gets clogged and you need to open it and clean it, and the actual sifter takes a little time to clean. Wash/clean as very small parts will not come out. Otherwise I would give 4.5, but I can't.
