This is my second pair of these gloves. Lost my second pair last winter. The touch-sensitive fingers and thumbs in this new version are a big plus. These gloves are many times warmer than gloves of a similar weight that do not have a fleece-lined windproof membrane. I've had a pair of fleece windproof gloves since the mid 1990's. The first pair was from a different manufacturer and they were excellent too. When they wear out, I replace them with this Outdoor Research glove a few years ago. Although I liked a different brand, these Outdoor Research gloves have some excellent features, such as increased dexterity. I hope I never lose this pair but if I do I will definitely buy another replacement!
