This is a first evaluation of a newly installed lamp so time will tell the longevity of the lamp. Considering the OE bulb that came with my HD141X only lasted 1500 hours, this aftermarket bulb sets a pretty low bar. But so far so good, the picture looks as good as ever, and the difference in cost of replacing just the bulb versus replacing the entire body with the bulb is well worth the extra minutes. Note: At first I found the brightness of the image very weak. and wasn't sure if there was something wrong with the lightbulb. Two minutes of research revealed that the bulb might not be installed properly in the case, so I took it apart again and checked again. Yes, it was the culprit.
