Seriously? Can't believe the review,,,, This tree is swaying...yes there was no artificial snow on the tree trunk...a bit disappointing but the branches filled in nicely after being manipulated. You need to fluff it up after it arrives in the package. Batteries 3, I don't know how long they will last. But it is a really beautiful tree...nice LED lights with warm colors. I'm pretty picky and I can tell you this can be used all year round... I just bought another one. Beautiful and wearable. We're going for Christmas and we're taking these trees with us... I'm really impressed. THANK YOU
