This is a perfect fit for my insulin pump, if im not wearing my belt clip. It is very comfortable and small enough to wear in the front or side of your bra. I have even been able to lay it on the bed at night beside, even sometimes rolling over it, still very comfortable. Nice color, nice fabric, nice velcro. I am happy with my purchase. I wish there was the same style, size and color without the velcro, just seems to pull down on the tubbing that comes out of my pump. However, the velcro does not block nor effect insulin flow. Still very happy with purchase and would recommend.
