Smallrig is a great brand with one of the most thoughtful designs and manufacturing in the camera support world. However, this clip somehow fell through the QR process like a stone through flat glass: it cannot be tightened or secured against twisting. In this way, the cable itself protects the clip from twisting when you attach the HDMI cable with it and press on the cable. Until then, the clip holds the cable in a twisted position, rather than allowing it - if not damaged - to grow back to normal. In other words, it can worsen the impact on your HDMI cable AND your camera port. It should be redesigned with a grommet or other type of point-to-point attachment to prevent damage to the camera's HDMI cable and connector from twisting. Returned.
