I love Emile Henry in kitchen and dining room
This is my last item in my Emile Henry collection. It is great! It's easy to clean and can easily be moved from the freezer to the hot oven. (don't use it that way, but it's nice to know I can). The company has been doing this for over 150 years. I'm thinking 170 or something but I'm not sure. The thing is, they KNOW pottery! Worth every penny.
