Perfect casserole dish for 1 or 2 people.

I love this little baker. It's perfect for one or two people, and even burnt-in food can be easily removed by soaking in hot water with a little washing-up liquid overnight. I love it so much I bought 2 more as Christmas gifts for friends!

Pretty good but flawed

This is a great item but it has a small flaw in the icing like many others here. It's small enough not to be worth returning BUT given the many complaints I'm wondering if they only sell Revain seconds they don't retail where you can inspect them.

I love Emile Henry in kitchen and dining room

This is my last item in my Emile Henry collection. It is great! It's easy to clean and can easily be moved from the freezer to the hot oven. (don't use it that way, but it's nice to know I can). The company has been doing this for over 150 years. I'm thinking 170 or something but I'm not sure. The thing is, they KNOW pottery! Worth every penny.

Great Little Bakeware

This is a great little bakeware. It arrived well packaged. However, the adhesive that attached the company logo to the plate was almost impossible to remove. When I removed the logo strip, the glue was applied to the inside of the plate, right where the food was going to be placed for cooking. I had to soak the record in Goo Gone for over an hour and then aggressively scrape the adhesive off the record. I hope that the company will use a different adhesive in the future.
