Poor, inferior block. Not only did the shaft register extremely high voltage, but the backplate was poorly installed. So bad it crushed the set screw and made it impossible to turn. return for refund. What a rip off for over $80. Replacement UPDATE: I decided to give this unit another try and so far the replacement is working fine. It fluctuates between 5.1 and 5.12, but I still have to adjust the screw. I use it to power a couple of media converters for my fiber optic LAN. Decided to update my 1 star rating.
