Review on React & Share by Auden Paz

I like that it allows us to see where people are clicking, what they're doing in our website, and if there's something we can improve for them or not. It also has an option to provide users with customized recommendations of products/services which is very useful as well! I dislike that sometimes when you click on one link, another page opens up instead. But other than that, nothing really comes to mind at this moment. We use react&share mainly because its easy to set-up and does exactly what it says. For now, it hasn't been able to help us come up with any new ideas but I'm sure once it gets more data, maybe then we will be able to get some good insights about how people interact with our site. We have used it mostly for product research purposes so far.
