Worked first time but not anymore

Undeniably the lowest price for a vacuum sealer but not worth the hassle. I ordered this and 2 different sized sealed bags to go with it. The seal worked once and never again. There are no instructions, there aren't many buttons, so there's little chance of abuse, so I sent it back for an exchange. The same thing happened to my replacement and at this point I just wanted a refund. It also meant returning the bags I bought and each had their own refund policy making it a huge headache and waste of time.
