Mic sound pops, clicks and distorts

This headset is one of many I've tried as a translator. When you speak into the microphone, the sound is distorted by pops, breath sounds, and clicks. I've heard the same thing from colleagues using the same headset. Other high quality headsets (mostly Sennheiser) do NOT do this - I use the same speech technique on all of them. For me it's a return.
