I do not cease to rejoice at the purchase, a very good deal!

Conclusion: who needs to listen to YouTube and sometimes talk - these are excellent headphones. Well, that is, mediocre, but for 3tr - they will even go very well. Purely for remote control and voice negotiations - CRYSTAL is better. Some pros: The sound is normal. I bought for negotiations, so I need the sound range of the voice more, such as midrange. Well, that's all right, although of course it's better to say that everything is mediocre, especially the microphone. But the most feature that

There's no mute button, but here's an alternative.

I replied that there is no mute button but I didn't find an opportunity to add another comment. Here it is: Check out the Logitech H390. It's similar and has a mute button.

Pros
  • Very impressive
Cons
  • You could have chosen a newer model

POOR QUALITY - Microphone broke after 6 uses

Due to the quality of the audio coming in and out, I was advised to buy this product for home video conferencing. The first problem I had was that the microphone arm is not flexible and cannot be adjusted properly, so was too close to the mouth and my client always complained. But that ended quickly because after only six sessions (one user, one computer, always in my office, always neatly tucked away in a drawer after each use) THE MICROPHONE STOPPED WORKING. It cost me a day of work that…

Pros
  • Good
Cons
  • Good but not great

Terrible mic is the best computer headset

I bought these for work where I need to use headphones with a noise canceling mic. Then I heard myself on the records. It sounded like I was trapped in the bottom of a tin can, or maybe just used a 1990's Fisher Price recorder. They also feel free on your head. Get the Sennheiser GSP300 instead.

Pros
  • An absolute legend
Cons
  • Cable is shorter than others

Hardware Suspicious quality

Earphones were received, the USB was inserted very tightly, and then the plastic sleeve covering the USB chip came off after it fell on a table from a height of 12 inches. I had to glue, very poor quality. Sound quality and microphone are good.

Pros
  • Consistent test results
Cons
  • High price

Mic sound pops, clicks and distorts

This headset is one of many I've tried as a translator. When you speak into the microphone, the sound is distorted by pops, breath sounds, and clicks. I've heard the same thing from colleagues using the same headset. Other high quality headsets (mostly Sennheiser) do NOT do this - I use the same speech technique on all of them. For me it's a return.

Pros
  • Soft, pillow-like earpads that wrap around the Koss D-profile
Cons
  • Lots of stuff
