I like how easy it was to use, there were no problems with setting up my account or getting started! There are so many features you can utilize as an administrator of your center (i.e., scheduling). You cannot add in-person sessions until after signup for online only has been completed but this isn't really anything bad about this program itself - just be aware before signing up if these options will work well within your organization's needs/goals when considering adding more programs into their system down the road. It helped us manage our waitlists easily by allowing parents who signed up at any time during business hours access to those spots which saved valuable minutes every day we had available appointments scheduled.
