The microphone is a true plug and play microphone with a 3ft USB cable that connects directly from the microphone to the PC. Windows 10 allowed us to plug in and play with no extra hassle, external power supplies or additional wiring (unlike most other condenser mics in this price range). For the price, the audio recording quality is really excellent, offering a very, very clean yet warm crisp sound when recording. In our comparison test, the entries for several alternatives in this price range were noticeably better. This microphone works very well as a regular telephone or conference microphone; But it's really great when used in gaming, podcasting, or even as a studio mic for streaming and voiceovers. The microphone comes with a stable tabletop stand and bracket. We can tilt the microphone slightly. Processing and construction are solid. While it's lighter than other condenser mics we've used in the past, that doesn't affect its functionality or recording quality. We recommend it for its portability, sturdy construction, great performance, and affordability. This is an excellent microphone in a light and airtight package.
