ABSOLUTE CHARACTER for thermometers and timers

It says 'Made in China'. I bought it anyway because I thought they had improved since then. NOT CORRECT! WRONG and WRONG again! This is complete junk! I bought two and the first one broke after a few weeks, the second worked fine until the end of autumn 2015. After releasing it in late May 2016, I started to wonder if it really works. Now I've tested it in many ways and I can say with confidence that the spring mechanism doesn't work; and no matter what I do, it stops counting after a few minutes, no matter what I set. Add YES, I turn it to 60 to adjust the spring and then back to the lime I need. I can't believe an American company like Taylor would sell such crap.*** DO NOT BUY! ***
