I received this webcam on Saturday and joined Zoom on Sunday. Other participants complained that my audio was gone - they couldn't hear what I was saying. I switched to the laptop mic and everything worked. I bought this webcam because I wanted something that could do everything at the same time - a camera, a microphone and a light, but due to the frustration with the microphone I'm seriously considering recycling it and looking for a better option. Audio is the most important feature of a web call.
