Good equipment but instructions are EXTREMELY WRONG

As a contractor I am familiar with using a tape measure. sixteenths of an inch) of space for the holes to be placed in the door. These are the holes that the reel mounts will bolt to. Imagine my surprise when the door sank to the floor and the two pivot pins at the top of the door weren't close enough to the track to make any difference. Tested instructions and instructions. measurements. Yes, you are right. Luckily this door was painted, so after filling the holes and re-drilling I was able to get the door working about 3/8" higher. The rest of the hardware is very good. from the bottom of the door because they thought they would have done something wrong.The obvious sign was that you were able to pull the door off the rail even though the round latches were there at the top of the door.
