Screw holes do not match bracket holes
The chair is fine and comfortable enough, but the threaded holes under the seat do not match the bracket holes. Not very difficult, 4 holes in the bracket are aligned on top of each other, the receiver threaded holes are offset and cannot be combined. I had to drill new holes in the bracket. It wasn't the end of the world and I did it because returning it would be even more of a hassle.
