I wasn't sure at first, but it might grow on me.
Maybe I'm just used to heavier stainless steel kettles, but. But my main gripe is that I had to cook 3 full pots before the weird plastic smell and taste started to fade. After a few teas it's still not 100% clear (and no, it's not my water source). I guess I'll have to switch back to SS. On the plus side, it's SUPER quiet compared to the stainless steel models I've had before (they were REALLY loud!) and the color matches my kitchen perfectly.
