I bought 60 of them. So far I've used 30 and one of the drives has failed. One of them showed a capacity of 124MB instead of 8GB, and formatting didn't help. Also, another drive caused the repair service to corrupt when reconnected to the Windows 7 computer after the first write session (probably a bad sector on the chip). Finally, they're pretty slow when it comes to writing data - all 30 have an average write speed of 6.5MB/s (very slow) and a reasonable but slow read speed of 18MB. Recording to an 8GB hard drive at 6.5MB/s takes 20 minutes (not good for pre-show preparation)! In general, I'm certainly glad I have them on hand, but I wouldn't buy them again. The reliability of the data is far below the norm, and the transfer speed is weak for a modern flash drive. You must check each disk for data integrity after the first transfer (and this wouldn't be necessary if they were of better quality). I also suggest that you format each drive before first use. The best thing about these drives is the design. The material has a firm feel and nice texture, fit and finish, and colors. Very professional. Unfortunately, the interior is mediocre.
