I like that you can do pre-employment screenings for many different fields in one place at once. It was easy enough to find jobs with this system but not so much finding candidates who fit my criteria! There were some issues where we had trouble getting answers back from certain applicants because they would just keep sending us more information instead of giving an answer or declining our request altogether which made me have second thoughts about their services overall. We did use them when looking for temporary staff positions for several months while finalizing another position.
