This is a revised review. The first one I got was just wrong - some of the straps were in the wrong place. This rating is for a replacement that is perfect. This is a very good waterproof bag, perfect size for many things - for example MTB tubes + tools + CO2 + ultra compact case. And it's waterproof, seatpost compatible, and doesn't hang far enough for my rear wheel to hit the saddle all the way down and fully compress the rear suspension. Exactly what I need. The bag looks exactly like the photos in the listing.
