Review on OpenSRS by Hunter Siemon

I like that this software can be used to manage all aspects of my business. It has made our life so much easier with managing contacts and clients as well as keeping track of invoices and payment records. This system also allows for easy file sharing between team members which helps keep everyone organized and in sync. There's nothing really that i dislike about it but maybe if there was an option to have more than one person access at once instead of just 1 user having full access would make things run smoother. The only thing we've found that makes us feel out of place or something is trying to use the site from another country (or time zone) because some features won't work until you're using the correct version of the program.
