Very helpful and user friendly platform

I love how easy it makes my life to be able to get all the reports that i need with one click! It also has great customer support which helps me out when ever needed. Nothing really bad about this software but maybe if there was more options in other fields such as emailing etc then you could use them better than just doing business emails only through your openSRs account? Also they should improve their UI/UX so things are clearer to understand at first glance what each button does or where…

I like that this software can be used to manage all aspects of my business. It has made our life so much easier with managing contacts and clients as well as keeping track of invoices and payment records. This system also allows for easy file sharing between team members which helps keep everyone organized and in sync.
