I love how easy it makes my life to be able to get all the reports that i need with one click! It also has great customer support which helps me out when ever needed. Nothing really bad about this software but maybe if there was more options in other fields such as emailing etc then you could use them better than just doing business emails only through your openSRs account? Also they should improve their UI/UX so things are clearer to understand at first glance what each button does or where something can go wrong. Using OSR's we've been able to save time by having everything under 1 roof instead of going into multiple different applications for our clients' accounts.
