The Westin is still a quality product, but I'm a little concerned that their quality control is slipping. This one had dirt in the paint but the paint held up well and we'll see if there aren't any problems in the future. Had to return two other Westin products due to rust under the paint. Therefore, check your products carefully. New items should never show rust, and dirt is a potential problem waiting in the wings. I have purchased many Westin products over the years and only in the last 6 months have I noticed any quality issues.
