Ordered this and was very excited when I first received the product. Was easy to assemble but found that a month or two into use, the steamer/boiler would randomly shut off during the sauna session when it got too hot. Continued to happen more frequently as time went on and now won't stay on over 5 minutes, barely warming up the sauna. Contacted the company and they sent me another faulty boiler. Customer service is pleasant, but they won't stand by their product. Continued to give me the run around for a couple months before asking me to bring the boiler part to my local electronic shop to fix it myself! Don't waste your time or money with this product. Shop elsewhere.
