Don't expect all the features for a random occasion. I've used it for basic phone system debugging and it's worked great for that. It has some features but I never bothered to use them. I tried using the redial feature but could never get it to work. It also only stores the number for as long as it has power, so deleting clips and switching to a new line will wipe its redial feature (making it pretty much useless). My only other gripe with it is that it can be hard to hear in very noisy environments, and there's no headphone jack for it, but it does have an LED indicator to show if it's powered. Butt cord (AST Labs butt cord is the one I ordered from Revain) as everything that came with this thing (alligator clips I think) isn't enough for any real work. The one I ordered also came with a plug so you may need to include an adapter as well! Be sure to order a spare line to use with this one! The phone + cable + adapter cost me around £30 compared to the £100+ a random one or similar would cost and offered all the features I need in a standard kit.
