Only outputs 480p with Canon Vixia HF G20 with OBS, Zoom, Windows 10 Camera Capture
I just tried this device with Canon Vixia HF G20 in OBS, Zoom, Windows 10 Camera and it only outputs 480p from and not what I need (1920x1080 or 1280x720). The image is unnaturally compressed. I can't find how to fix this. We use GoFanco computer video adapters in our work. I thought try. Was expecting this to work out of the box with no issues. Spent the last hour frustrated troubleshooting. Purchased directly from the GoFanco website. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NO LONGER AVAILABLE ON AMAZON.
