I like that it has all our different departments in one place for support questions or concerns about using software within my office (Excel).
It also allows me as an admin access into other people's accounts if needed which can be very helpful sometimes when there are multiple issues with a user account causing us problems from time to time! There isn't much room left inside the program so we have been unable to use this effectively until now - but hopefully they will add more space soon! Make sure everyone knows how to log out because once someone logs back onto another person's computer without logging off first then he/she may end up logged onto several computers simultaneously instead of just his own machine!! The main benefit would probably be better accessibility than having separate social media websites set aside specifically only for each department where members could interact directly via posts etc.
