I work in the desert mountains of Nevada. A work day for me can easily consist of freezing my dick when the outside temperature is below 20 degrees, then getting in and out of a heated car several times, then being in the office when it is over 75 degrees and then sometimes moving in a freezing wind. 50 km/h, then standing in the sun at 50 degrees. (All on the same day.) This jacket met all of my needs, which were to keep my bum warm, block the wind, allow me to move comfortably, and have handy pockets that weren't an issue. That's a great coat. I'm 6 feet tall and weigh 200 pounds. The large fits me loosely but not awkwardly, allowing me to lean in, reach and bend easily without looking like I'm carrying a tent. The only downside to this coat that I can (hesitatingly) say is that the hood is quite large and runs a lot over the face making it difficult to see while walking. It completely protects my face from the wind (which can get pretty fierce in the mountains), so maybe it's just a compromise. The comfortable temperature range of this coat is around 50 degrees Fahrenheit. After that it's just uncomfortably warm. However, there were many days when I wore them all day in my office, with temperatures hovering around 76 degrees, and felt very comfortable in them.
