This purchase was bad from the start: I was surprised that it was literally made from recycled cardboard and therefore very light. When assembled it is held together with small wooden pins and pre-applied glue. Unfortunately, if you rip off the tape, most of the adhesive will come off. I tried to fix it by adding Gorilla Glue. But the first time (four weeks after purchase) I tried to move the bookcase even an inch (about 25% full, with about 10 pounds of paper files), everything fell apart. Since there was no shipping box for a long time, I just threw everything away and didn't try to give the money back. Lesson learned.
