The UI/UX design was easy to understand for our internal team members as well as external customers who were new in this domain. We needed an automation tool which could help us automate many repetitive tasks like creating contracts, sending emails etc., without any manual intervention from end user or developer side. This product did that very easily. I have seen some minor issues during implementation but it's nothing major. Overall experience has been great so far!
