I like that it provides me with data about my customers' behavior in order to understand their needs better.

The fact that they are working only from historical information makes them more accurate than other solutions which can be easily manipulated by bots or people who want to hide negative activities (like fraud). They do not provide any new features since last year but this does not matter for us as we have been using fox intelligence for years now without problems. We use fox intelligence mainly because of its accuracy when analyzing our clients’ business model.
