good test - dental floss

In use for about 3 months. I went to the dentist today - the hygienist said I had a lot of plaque on the back of my teeth last time but today I didn't have any. I also started using a toothpaste tablet. Was the check good for the floss, the tab, or both? In any case, this thread is good. I haven't had any breakage or shredding issues.
