I like that it is easy for me as well as my team members who are located in different states within India (i am from Mumbai) access this portal easily.

The interface needs some improvement because sometimes i feel its not user friendly at all. It has been great working with them so far but would recommend more focus towards customer support. At present we use their services only for risk assessments/audits which helps us secure our business process flow through best practices implementation and also ensures compliance requirements are met within defined limits.
