This is the worst technology I've ever had. I can't even begin to describe how broken this is and it owes it all to the worst app out there coupled with zero customer support. is an impossible task. No matter what I do, it won't complete the installation process. I've tried resetting WiFi, multiple phones, hours of frustration to no avail. I tried to send a message to Tecbot to the email address he provided but they didn't reply. It's been over 9 days since I emailed them and they haven't responded. I went to their website and it looks like a hastily made scam page I'm starting to believe in this company. You may NOT use any smart features that are claimed to be in the description (smart fencing, restricted areas, etc.). The actual hardware is decent, it'll run around the house and do the job it's supposed to do pretty well, but only if you use the remote to basically press start. It's a pity these developers didn't bother to create a decent app for it. He doesn't have to be great, he can just deliver what he promised. In its current state, it's not even worth $100. I wouldn't even take it as a gift it's that bad.
