Very powerful and reliable solution that just works
The ability to access all of our reporting in one place is great! There are some features we wish were more robust (like being able to create custom reports).
We have been using this product for over 2 years now with no issues at any time during those two plus months - which makes me feel very confident about their support team as well!! It has helped us make sure everything from Marketing campaigns/funnels through eCommerce checkout flows work together seamlessly across multiple channels such as email & web store etc..
Pros
- I love how easy it was making changes into my existing platform without having too many steps or hassle involved; also, that they can be flexible when needed so there isn't anything holding you back if your needs change down the road
